Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and DoDraft, operated by DodLab (“DoDraft”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your access to and use of our websites, desktop and mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 14 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, DoDraft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use our applications for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.

You agree not to, and not to allow any third party to:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Services.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except as expressly permitted by law.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, licensing, or access-control features of the Services.
• Use the Services to build a competing product, to train machine learning models, or to scrape or harvest data.
• Use the Services in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

Some features require you to create an account or activate a license key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and license keys, and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us immediately at dodraft@dodlab.kr if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Apple (App Store / Mac App Store), Stripe, Paddle, or Gumroad. You authorize us and our providers to charge the payment method you provide.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand through the platform where you purchased.
• For App Store purchases, refunds are handled directly by Apple under its policies. For purchases made through our website, we may offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if the app has not been used extensively; contact us to request one.
• Prices, taxes, and features may change. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes that affect active subscriptions.

The Services, including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and content, are owned by DoDraft or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license described in Section 3. The DoDraft name, logo, and product names are trademarks of DodLab; you may not use them without our prior written permission.

You retain all rights to any content you create or import into our apps. We do not claim ownership of your content. If you voluntarily send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them to improve the Services, without any obligation to you.

The Services may rely on or interoperate with third-party services (for example, Apple platforms, iCloud, payment processors, or analytics providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Their terms apply to your use of their services.

We may occasionally offer beta, preview, or experimental features. Such features are provided “as is”, may be incomplete or unstable, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Your feedback on these features is appreciated but not required.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services (including any license key or account) if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms) will survive.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING YOUR OWN BACKUPS OF ANY IMPORTANT DATA.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DODRAFT AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50.

You agree to indemnify and hold DoDraft and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
